This is why the General Management has decided to implement in the company a quality management system based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard and undertakes to comply with the applicable requirements in order to achieve continuous improvement of the quality management system.
For this purpose, the Quality System of IMAR SPAIN PACK is based on the following principles:
- To meet the requirements offered to our customers and to strive to exceed their expectations, thus maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- The commitment to comply with all the requirements of the Quality System, whether legal, contractual or otherwise, that are applicable to us due to our activity.
- Quality requires a good working environment, always ensuring the well-being and health of the workers and providing them with all the necessary infrastructure for the proper development of their work that guarantees continuous improvement.
- The commitment to define the quality policy of our organization, enhancing its knowledge, understanding and application by the organization's personnel.
- The commitment to efficiently control all processes and their possible effects on the Quality of our service.
The Management makes this policy accessible as well as available to its customers, suppliers and the general public. It is also adequately disseminated to all staff, so that IMAR SPAIN PACK makes sure to promote the involvement, awareness and continuous training of its workers, in order to assume the principle "Quality is everyone's business".
The Policy is kept up to date through periodic reviews, coinciding with the system reviews by the management, in order to take into account changes in environmental conditions and the information received.
