The Stick Pack format appeared in the '70s, and emerged as a new alternative to the so far existing flexible monodose packs. Its elongated tubular shape, very different from traditional flat sachets, made of Stick Pack a very attractive package that quickly became very popular. Nowadays the Stick Pack format is present in products of any sector and has consolidated itself as a monodose daily presentation.
The Stick Pack provides a true advantage over flat sachets with three or four seals: for the same content, Stick Pack saves approximately 30% of packaging material, but in the other hand, it also means a smaller area to include information about the product, or empower branding.
IMAR offers a solid line of machines to produce this type of packaging, ranging from the most discreet to the most demanding productions, and all of them can be used to pack any type of products.
